If you are having problems logging into (or staying logged in) your BlogPatrol user account, then please perform the action known as "clearing the cache" from your web browser.
What is cache? The following web pages at Ask Yahoo! and IWebTool.com provide basic, non-geeky explanations, whereas WiseGeek.com and SEOConsultants.com give you definitions on the more technical and geeky side.
Relative to your BlogPatrol account, cache is the short-term, temporary memory which your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.) uses to store information about websites that you visit, such as your BlogPatrol account username and password. Unfortunately, we have found that sometimes the browser cache interferes with a BlogPatrol user's ability to log into their account. The good thing is that clearing the cache, or deleting whatever is stored in that temporary memory area known as cache, usually solves this problem.
